7 Year Old Violinist
7 year old Sophia brought her violin with her on a trip to Huntsville, Ontario. Allegro, Allegretto and Minuet are the 3 songs she is learning right now by ear. I can’t get her to look at the notes in her book. She does not like to practise every day at home, and we don’t force her too, try yes, force no 
But if I take the violin with us in trips, she is more likely to play. Sophia also prefers to play her own songs on the violin, or figure out how to play the popular songs like Alice by Avril Lavigne or Coldplay’s Viva La Vida.
