abuot violin classes,violin history,violin instruction,violin lesson,violin lessons?

I am considering taking violin lessons, and I was wondering if at my age it was too late to start? I’ll be 31 next month, but

I do have musical background, I took 7 years violin classes,I was wondering how much do violin classes normally charge and good violin instruction usually cost. Thanks so much!!
