Good song to play on the violin?

Whn people hear that i play the violin, they’re like "cool, play an amazing song", but i can never think of something. Im learing by suzki method and am in book 4, but those songs seem kinda long. I just want to pick up the violin and play a riff that just blows peoples minds.
