Teaching violin lessons…?
So. I used to teach violin last summer as a side job. I had two students, 9 and 10, who both had a bit of violin background and a pretty strong basis in music theory because they also both played piano for at least 3-4 years. Howeverrrr!
I’m starting to teach again, and this time, I have two kids- a five year old and an eight year old. Not only do they have NO violin experience whatsoever, but no music background either! Any tips on what to do at the first lesson? How to start teaching music completely?
